We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Business Development Representative to support ongoing growth efforts. This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and helping customers explore insurance options.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound communications.
- Build relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services.
- Assist customers in identifying options that align with their needs and preferences.
- Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and local events.
- Track activity goals and contribute to office business objectives.
- Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Organizational and time-management abilities.
- Previous experience in customer engagement, marketing, or outreach preferred.
Compensación: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

- Our office is located in Byram, MS off the I-55 Frontage Road..
- Our office is open 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
- I am a proud graduate of Mississippi College.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- We have 68 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
